Vanilla Mascarpone Cream is So EASY and so GOOD. It's our favorite way to escalate breakfast, desserts and even a charcuterie plate. Sea Salt must live on top of the beautiful cream for the perfect finish, both visually, but more importantly, for the sweet salty flavor that will never get old.

VANILLA MASCARPONE CREAM

RECIPE:

1 1/4 Cup Cold Heavy Whipping Cream
3/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
8 oz. Mascarpone Cheese - out of the fridge for 30 minutes. - soft, but still chilled.

Sprinkle Alaska Pure Coffee Bean Sea Salt on top. Have enough extra on hand - you will want to add more.

DIRECTIONS:

- Add the Heavy Whipping Cream , Powdered Sugar and Vanilla to a large mixing bowl.

- Whip on on med/high speed with a hand or stand mixer until soft peaks form.

- Add Mascarpone Cheese and Whip until stiff peaks form. This should happen within minutes.

Keep this lovely sweet cream in the fridge for over a week. Use it to top ANY and ALL desserts, breakfast crepes, waffles or pancakes. Use it to balance a cheese tray. It truly is a secret weapon.
